As a Confirmed Lawyer, you will advise and accompany the company in its legal activities, drafting and negotiating contracts, managing disputes, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law (minimum 5 years of study)
• Specialization in Business Law or equivalent
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years as a lawyer in a corporate environment or law firm
• Excellent knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and company law
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with different departments
• Analytical mind, rigor, and sense of organization
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A professional mastery of English is an asset
