Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of our hotel property. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily upkeep, including monitoring, maintaining, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on hotel property and equipment. The role also involves working as a Property Attendant one or two days a week.

Requirements

• High school degree
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language
• Ability to compose and express thoughts in a clear and understandable way
• Ability to organize oneself and work with limited supervision
