The Technology Account Manager is responsible for developing strategic solutions to present to IP Pathways' prospects, building strong client relationships, and driving new business growth.
Requirements
- Conduct prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social selling to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify client needs to determine fit for IP Pathways' products and services.
- Leverage a consultative sales approach to uncover business challenges and deliver tailored solutions through quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned markets or territories.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, expanding revenue through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams (solution architect, client success, and leadership) to deliver tailored technology solutions that align with client needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position IP Pathways as a trusted advisor.
- Represent IP Pathways at client meetings, trade shows, and networking events
