Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in dispatch or logistics management
• Experience with workforce management systems, routing software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical aptitude and excellent end-user interaction skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize
• Demonstrated flexibility and reliability
• High integrity and strong work ethic
