ISS-Corporate is seeking an experienced sales and relationship management specialist to develop strong relationships within an existing client base and identify and close cross-selling opportunities for corporate governance, executive compensation, sustainability, and financial analysis solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience in the financial corporate or consulting area and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Requirements
- Cultivate and nurture existing customer relationships for strong retention
- Employ consultative servicing and selling methods to uncover and close new opportunities within the executive compensation and governance product suites
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting for new business opportunities, online product demonstrations and training, territory and pipeline management, contract negotiation, and closing new business and renewals
- Create communication and lead generating campaigns to develop new relationships within client companies
- Meet revenue goals by retaining high percentage of clients and closing new solutions
- Partner with members of the ICS advisory team to deliver excellent service and insights to clients
- Assist in product development efforts by delivering feedback on market needs and opportunities
