Job Description
iT1, a national technology solutions provider headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, is seeking a motivated Service Desk Technician I to join their Team. The role focuses on providing exceptional service desk support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring Client Success through effective communication and strong technical skills. This position involves engaging with a variety of clients daily and maintaining a robust knowledge base.
Requirements
- Provides support via phone, e-mail and chat to corporate clients.
- Troubleshoots Outlook, Microsoft Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office Products.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
- Utilizes Active Directory database to reset network passwords.
- Troubleshoots remote access connectivity problems.
- Maintains a working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
- Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding of iT1's mission.
