ITility is seeking an experienced HRIS specialist to manage and maintain the client Human Resources Information System, while supporting the team and mission. This individual will be a member of a cross-functional team. This position is contingent upon contract award. This position will sit onsite at the Client location in Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
- 3+ years HRIS administration experience
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and regulations
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) in an HR role
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism and maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and conduct multiple assignments concurrently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments and levels of the organization
- Strong people skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to build relationships and trust with team members and stakeholders
- Proficient skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Strong data management skills, including reporting, dashboards, and data analytics
- Experience with SQL queries/relational databases, Tableau/Power BI are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
