Job Description
ITility is seeking an experienced, results-oriented HR Generalist to provide HR support services to facilitate IC workforce management. The position involves supporting the full employee lifecycle, including hiring processes, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, preferably with experience in the Intelligence Community.
Requirements
- Current Top Secret (TS) Clearance with SCI and a Counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of human resources management required
- SHRM-CP or PHR or other HR certification is a plus
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community in a Human Resources role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
