They are seeking a highly visible Technical Customer Success Manager to shape onboarding, support and grow customers. The role involves driving product adoption, building relationships, and ensuring customer success while building a foundation for the company's Customer Success motion.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role in cybersecurity
- Experience managing the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
