Recruiting Coordinator - Experienced Hire, Non-Technology

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Experienced Hire Recruiting team in Asia, focusing on Infrastructure and Trading teams. The role involves candidate coordination, scheduling interviews, managing recruiting calendars, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, empathetic, and eager to learn, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel for recruiting events.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of professional experience or a relevant recruiting/HR internship preferred
• Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
• Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and search firms
• Approachable and humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help
• Self-starter who works efficiently and is comfortable managing several different projects and priorities
• Interested in the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
• No financial industry experience required
• Willing and able to learn new recruiting systems and tools
• Travel to recruiting conferences and events will be required for this position
• Fluency in English required
