Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all aspects of contract administration and management. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts, ensuring compliance, resolving disputes, and maintaining positive relationships with legal advisors and stakeholders. This position focuses on effective contract negotiations, claims management, and implementing best practices in contract management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law and experience with various contract types, including FIDIC.
- Proven negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
