Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the entire contract management process, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled and supporting the organization's operational goals. This role involves negotiation, drafting, managing projects, and monitoring performance. Expertise in contract law and construction contracts is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management, particularly within the construction or engineering sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple contracts.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and competing priorities.
