Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to manage contractual aspects of projects. The role involves contract negotiation, drafting, administration, risk assessment, and providing insights for decision-making. The Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to ensure adherence to contract terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Law, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management within the construction or engineering industry.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and experience with FIDIC and related contracts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and maintain high attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with contract management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and the regulatory landscape in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
