Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Strategy, or RevOps within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Absolute expertise in HubSpot
- Strong Salesforce experience
- Experience with Mode (or similar BI tools)
- Experience supporting or partnering closely with BDR/SDR Ops
- Deep knowledge of lead management tools
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong understanding of lead scoring, routing logic, and funnel optimization best practices
