Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience with the federal government
- 5+ years of combined relevant experience (Capture Manager/Business Development)
- Proven track record of capturing and managing large DoD contracts
- Strong understanding of federal markets, procurement processes
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Active top-secret clearance
