Maintenance Mechanic

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal building performance and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
• Minimum one year of experience in general building repair, maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical work
• Physical ability to lift 80+ pounds and use ladders up to 30 feet safely
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude with problem-solving capabilities
