Maintenance Mechanic (Union)

JLL is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic (Union) to support operation, inspection, and maintenance processes of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. The role involves performing inspections and repairs, and collaborating with team members to ensure satisfactory client occupancy and operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical
• Licenses as required by authority having jurisdiction
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb up to 30 ft ladders
• Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving
