Job Description
JobHire.AI is looking for a Customer Success Manager to operate on two levels: hands-on customer support and system-building automation engine. The role involves running high-impact conversations, building recovery & activation system, and experimenting with A/B testing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales with US-based customers
- Fluent English and Russian
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in the USA time zone or USA+EU
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Data-driven mindset: you care about conversion, retention, and unit economics
- Comfortable working with daily targets, funnels, and KPIs
