Job Description
JobRack is seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive qualified sales calls and grow their client base. The role involves building funnels, campaigns, and email sequences, working closely with a co-founder to test and improve marketing systems, and using AI tools. The company prioritizes results and ownership.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and running full funnels (ads → landing page → nurture → sale)
- Hands-on experience with at least one ad platform (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
- Strong email marketing skills, including list management, sequences, and broadcasts
- Analytical mindset and ability to use tools like GA4 and dashboards
