Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent experience
• 15+ years' experience, 5-7 years of product/service/offering management experience and people management experience
• Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Operations within a complex, matrixed organization
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive execution without waiting for perfection
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence across functions and levels
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and relentlessly push for progress
