Job Description
Director, International Benefits role at Justworks, building and owning the strategy, design, and execution of employee benefits programs across all international markets for the Employer of Record (EOR) business.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience managing, building and operating a substantial global business, product line or function
- At least 3+ years of experience and deep knowledge within global benefits, global insurance, global employment or EOR across multiple geographies
- Demonstrated ability to build from the ground up, operate with autonomy, and thrive in highly complex, global ambiguous environments.
