We are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who has built and run complex global programs, products or businesses and wants to take on the challenge of building a world-class international benefits business. As the Director of International Benefits, you will build and own the strategy, design, and execution of employee benefits programs across all international markets for our Employer of Record (EOR) business.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience managing, building and operating a substantial global business, product line or function with at least 3+ years of experience and deep knowledge within global benefits, global insurance, global employment or EOR across multiple geographies
- Demonstrated ability to build from the ground up, operate with autonomy, and thrive in highly complex, global ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional commercial and operational instincts; ability to design scalable systems, navigate partnerships, evaluate tradeoffs; strong vendor and partner management
- Strong negotiation skills with partners; experience running global RFPs and renewals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and levels.
- Analytical fluency with benefits cost modeling, vendor performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Track record of leading distributed teams and scaling processes internationally.
- Fluency in multiple language and/or experience living in and doing business in multiple countries is a plus.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation to benefit operations and processes
