Job Description
Our client is a leading custom home builder in San Diego Coastal Communities seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent. This individual will be the on-site face of our client for the homeowner and trade contractors.
Requirements
- Significant experience in residential construction, preferably in custom homes
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus
- Highly organized, responsible and conscientious
- Ability to multitask, handle complexity, and thrive in a very fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, etc)
