Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Scientist I- Taste & Sensory Innovation (Flavors) to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. As a core team member, you will focus on developing and optimizing savory flavors, including reactions, topnotes and EU compliant flavors. The successful candidate will support both product innovation and customer-specific projects.
Requirements
- MS in Food Science or Chemistry or related field
- 7-10 years’ experience in flavor development
- Excellent communication and project management skills
