Sr. Scientist, Process Innovation Engineer

The Process Innovation Engineer/Scientist will develop and implement innovative delivery systems for food ingredients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and scale processes.

Requirements

• Design and develop novel delivery systems for food ingredients
• Collaborate with formulation scientists and other R&D teams
• Conduct experimental design, process optimization, and validation
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies
• Prepare technical documentation
• Provide technical expertise to Business Unit Directors
• Support commercialization efforts
• Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and quality standards
