Karbon is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage a large portfolio of SMB accounts, and drive product adoption.
Requirements
- At least two years in a customer success or account management role
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Communications, Information Technology, Finance, or Psychology preferred
