Karo Healthcare is seeking a Head of Sales - Central Europe (DACH & EE) to lead and shape the commercial agenda for a high-growth, private equity-backed consumer healthcare business. The role requires driving omnichannel sales strategy, building a high-performing commercial team, and accelerating career growth in a fast-paced FMCG-like organization.
Requirements
- MSc in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in FMCG, consumer goods or blue-chip environments, ideally with exposure to pharmacy and/or mass market customers
- Proven experience building and leading Joint Business Plans in matrix organizations
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of P&L management, RGM, category drivers and sales fundamentals – especially in advanced customers such as drugstores and discounts
- Experience developing omnichannel strategies, including eCommerce
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, leading and developing high-performing teams
- Fluent in German and confident in English
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth and transformation environments
- Winning mentality of Can Do, always on the hunt of new business opportunities
