Job Description
Karo Healthcare is seeking a Head of Sales - Central Europe (DACH & EE) to lead and shape the commercial agenda for a high-growth, private equity-backed consumer healthcare business. The role involves defining and executing the commercial and sales strategy for Central Europe, building a high-performing commercial team, and driving omnichannel sales strategy across DACH & Eastern Europe.
Requirements
- MSc in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in FMCG, consumer goods or blue-chip environments, ideally with exposure to pharmacy and/or mass market customers
- Experience developing omnichannel strategies, including eCommerce
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, leading and developing high-performing teams
