Job Description
Kimley-Horn is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer or Analyst to join their Power Delivery team. The role involves designing electrical systems for applications like solar, battery storage, and electric vehicle charging, and coordinating with clients. Responsibilities include project participation, cost estimates, and quality work.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) / Engineer Intern (EI) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Understanding of National Electrical Code and NFPA standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Understanding of building electrical, Solar PV, and electric vehicle charging
- Strong communication skills
