Job Description
Kimley-Horn is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager to lead a Land Development practice in Atlanta, GA. This role involves building and managing client relationships, leading teams, and managing projects profitably, offering autonomy and potential for advancement. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, business development experience, and the ability to mentor staff.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Extensive client contacts and relationships with architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners, and land owners
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Business development and marketing experience
- Ability to effectively communicate positively
