Job Description
As a Manager, Implementation Consulting, you'll lead a team of Implementation Consultants and ensure every Klaviyo implementation is fast, high-impact, and designed for long-term success. You'll coach and develop a high-performing global team, collaborate cross-functionally, and help shape how Klaviyo scales Professional Services globally.
Requirements
- 6+ years of SaaS implementation, consulting, or project management experience
- 2+ years leading teams
- Proven success leading enterprise or strategic account implementations
- A successful people leader and team builder
- Deep understanding of marketing technology solutions
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and build trust across executive, technical, and operational audiences
