We are looking for a Global HR Business Partner who wants real impact. You will be the trusted adviser and thought partner to leaders across our global functions in Operations, Finance and Commercial.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or Organisational Development (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years as a global HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed organisation with a strong record delivering talent and change initiatives.
- Proven project management skills - setting the HR roadmap and governance, sequencing delivery, tracking benefits and leading strategic projects end to end.
- Expertise in organisational design and change management, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption.
- Collaborative and influential, able to coach and challenge senior leaders and build trusted relationships across regions and plants, partnering closely with local HR and works councils.
- A self-starter with a hands on, can do approach; comfortable switching between strategy and execution and thriving in a global, flexible, topic centred environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and other languages are a plus.
