Job Description
We are seeking a Skills Coach – Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship to support learners on the Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship. This role involves coaching emerging leaders to develop core management skills, building confident and capable first-line managers, and supporting professionals to build leadership skills and grow into effective people managers.
Requirements
- Experience in people management, leadership development, coaching, or mentoring
- Strong understanding of first-line management responsibilities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
