Job Description
We are seeking a Skills Coach to support learners on the Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship. The role will involve coaching and supporting emerging leaders to develop core management skills, build confidence, and develop their leadership style.
Requirements
- Experience in people management, leadership development, coaching, or mentoring
- Strong understanding of first-line management responsibilities
- Ability to coach and support adult learners from diverse professional backgrounds
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Minimum GCSE A*-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
