We are seeking a Skills Coach to support learners on the Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship. The role involves coaching emerging leaders to develop core management skills, creating inclusive learning environments, and building strong relationships with learners.
Requirements
- Experience in people management, leadership development, coaching, or mentoring
- Strong understanding of first-line management responsibilities
- Ability to coach and support adult learners
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
