The Assistant Service Sales Officer will be responsible for creating opportunities proactively, phone sales, and customer relationship development, among other responsibilities.
Requirements
- Proactive creation and development of customer relationships
- Creates, qualifies and communicates leads and sales opportunities
- General responsibilities for all core 2 and 3 customers
- Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors
- Renegotiation and cancellation prevention
- Monitor and resolve suspended contracts
- Complaint and query handling
- Supports the finance function in money collection
- Qualifies leads and plans and schedules visits
- Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data
- Follows up the modernization opportunities forecasted for the month
- Identifies inspection and KONE Care for Life (C4L) opportunities
