Job Description
The Shift Supervisor will provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. They will be responsible for overseeing the store's crew through assigned activities, resolving customer service issues, and completing training programs. This role requires adherence to all regulations and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Ability to fulfill all duties for a Customer Experience Advocate
- May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
- May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
- May represent management in resolving customer service issues
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
