This Shift Supervisor position provides supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. The role involves supervising a crew, handling opening and closing procedures, and resolving customer issues, representing management, and completing training programs. Requirements
- Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
- May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
- May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities
- May represent management in resolving customer service issues
- May complete mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
