Requirements
- Experience in a technical support role (helpdesk, support, IT operator)
- Excellent knowledge of desktop systems (Windows, peripherals, etc.)
- Ability to understand software & troubleshooting
- Team spirit and communication skills
- Bachelor of Science in IT/HEI or related educational background
- Good knowledge of Greek and English languages
