Job Description
Kelley's Market, a family-owned convenience store chain with 50 years of experience serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, is seeking a Sales Associate. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean store, and supporting store operations. Candidates should be reliable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
