Project Manager- Architecture

LaBella is seeking a Project Manager in their Architectural division to lead comprehensive planning and design services for various markets. The role involves leading architectural projects from conception through completion, including overseeing design, budget, schedule, and contractual aspects. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, communicative, and possess strong project and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect in New York State (desirable)
• 12+ years of experience
• Thorough knowledge of New York State building codes
• Strong technical design and construction document skills
• Excellent graphic presentation skills
• CAD experience (AutoCAD and Revit)
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project)
• Well-developed project design and planning skills
