Project Manager- Architecture

LaBella is seeking a Project Manager in their Architectural division in Albany, New York. This role involves leading architectural projects from conception to completion, managing teams, and ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, communicative, and possess strong project design and planning skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect in the state of New York (desirable)
• 12+ years of experience
• Thorough knowledge of New York State building codes
• Strong technical design and construction document skills
• Excellent graphic presentation skills
• CAD experience (AutoCAD and Revit)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project)
