Job Description
LaBella is seeking a Project Manager in their Architectural division to lead large projects from conception through construction. The role involves coordinating with subconsultants and overseeing project teams to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect in the state of New York (desirable)
- 12+ years of experience
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of New York State building codes
- Well-developed project design and planning skills
- Excellent graphic presentation skills
- Strong technical design and construction document skills
- CAD experience (AutoCAD and Revit)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project)
