Job Description
LaBella is seeking a Project Manager in its Architectural division to lead all aspects of architectural projects, from initial conception through completion. The role requires effective leadership, communication, and collaboration with both internal and external teams. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect in New York (desirable)
- 12+ years of experience
- Thorough knowledge of New York State building codes
- Strong technical design and construction document skills
- Excellent graphic presentation skills (CAD)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
