Senior HR Generalist

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team at Larian Studios, a company that has delivered high-quality role-playing games. The successful candidate will support us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and initiatives
• Develop and implement HR systems and procedures
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues
• Assist in conducting compensation and benefits analyses
• Manage the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations
• Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programmes
• Participate in various HR projects
