Job Description
Laserfiche is hiring a Director/Senior Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize the sales operations of their US-based direct sales organization. This senior-level role involves overseeing strategic activities like planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, and ensuring alignment with company revenue goals. The role combines strategy, analytics, process improvement, leadership, and training to drive sales efficiency and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations or sales leadership
- 10+ years in direct and channel partner sales in a SaaS organization
- Proven track record of leading direct SaaS sales organization with measurable revenue and delivery growth
- Deep expertise in SaaS sales operations processes (forecasting, pipeline analysis, sales enablement)
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Hands-on experience with CRM and analytics systems (Salesforce, Power BI)
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and executive-level presentation skills
