Senior Performance Marketing Manager Pro Acquisition (Marketplace Supply Growth)

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and activation of service professionals across priority markets. The role is responsible for building a repeatable, profitable Pro acquisition engine and improving supply activation. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience owning paid growth tied to real business outcomes, and has acquired supply for a two-sided marketplace.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience owning paid growth tied to real business outcomes
• Hands-on experience with paid growth at scale, managing six- or seven-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta
• Ability to build campaigns, analyze data, and iterate
• Experience with AI tools to generate creative variants, analyze performance data, and build reports faster than traditional workflows
• Data-driven and fast decision-making skills
• Accountability for outcomes, measuring self on activated Pros and revenue impact
• Experience with two-sided marketplace supply acquisition
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment
