Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager assists the General Manager with all operational and financial aspects of the restaurant. This role involves overseeing food preparation, staffing, inventory, guest service, and ensuring adherence to company standards and safety regulations. The position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to team development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required, some college preferred.
• Management level experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, & Excel).
• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, nights, & holidays as required.
