Requirements

• Supervise food preparation, cooking, and serving.
• Assist with weekly schedule and team organization.
• Order inventory, process invoices, and oversee payment.
• Ensure guest service and resolve complaints.
• Oversee store safety and maintain sanitation.
• Oversee cash handling and reporting.
• Provide coaching and training.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and terminate crew.
• Maintain store reporting accuracy.
