Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager in all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, staffing, inventory management, and guest service. This role involves overseeing team members, maintaining standards, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. The position is primarily on-site and requires a strong focus on quality, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma required, some college preferred.
• Management level experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, & Excel.
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends, nights, & holidays as required.
